Inherited a Vivaldi 1 - need help with boiler hookups

Soooooo....... I'm hoping there's still some life in these forums?

I managed to lay hands on a used espresso machine "needs repairs" and it turns out it's a Vivaldi 1 in a gigantic state of dissasembly.

Most panels are off and it's clearly been sitting in someone's garage for some time now.

I haven't dared turn it on yet, but near as I can tell, the only part that's really DISCONNECTED is a set of wires running from the control board. Per the manual from this site, they're the "S1 Boiler temperature probe" and "SL Boiler water level control."

So I took this photo and I apologize for the out-of-focus wires, but I believe that the wire in the circle marked "1" (very hard to read) is currently attached to the heating element (?) and needs to move to the water level sensor (? - see arrow)

The circle marked "2" is supposed to be around the frayed end of a pair of wires I'm guessing is the temp probe, and goes into the little 6-sided hole in the center of the thing, which also has frayed wires poking out of it.

The circle marked "3" is actually a spade connector end, I'm not sure what that attaches to, and similarly '"4" though it's just another loose wire end and has no connector.

I reckon I'll need a source for a new temp probe, too.

Does anyone have a map lol?

Perfect - just what I was looking for, thanks.

I have had a small setback as I undid all the plastic tubing and went to replace the compression fittings but they are JUST DIFFERENT ENOUGH from the ones I can get at my USA hardware store that I'm stuck again. I'll go back to Chris' Coffee and look for replacements there perhaps - I got a new thermistor for the boiler there.

This might be a larger project than I anticipated lol.
