I have the opportunity to buy a new Rossini machine that someone won at a raffle for a very decent price (around $1200 US).
The thing is I am trying to gauge whether it's too much of a compromise from the Vivaldi... While there is tons (mostly positive praise) for the Vivaldi, there is harldy any info on the Rossini. Basically the Rossini is a single boiler, vibrating pump, Water Tank (no plump-in) version of the Vivaldi..
What I can't find is whether the temperature stability that makes the Vivaldi such a good machine exists in it's cheaper sibling?
Rossini vs Vivaldi
I doubt you'll find anyone here that can tell you anything about Rossini. Have you tried posting the question on CoffeeGeek.com?
