I recently got my machine back from chris coffee where the repaired my pump and motor. Right now when i have it hooked up and fully heated the needles on the gauges are not pointing to any measure that makessense.

The steam gauge needle is pointing at 5 oclock and the group 7 oclock.

What shoupd i look for?

You need to let the machine completely cool down and also remove line water pressure from the machine. At that point both gauges should point exactly to zero. I am guessing they won't.

If they don't, that means UPS dropped or otherwise jarred your machine and the gauge needs to be replaced. Chris Coffee should make an insurance claim with UPS and send you a new gauge.
