My MiniV have a new partner. I just buy an Eva Solo CafeSolo. It's totally the antithesis of an Espresso Machine: big, complex, difficult, high-tech... vs. small, simple, easy, natural... I love it. I love the 2 sides.

Looks nice next to the Vivaldi.
I had someone make me a cup using the Eva Solo at Cafe Myriade in Montreal. Tasted great.
Since they specialize in differenet brew methods, I may try "back-to-back" coffees on the Eva, FP, Hario and drip next time and see how they compare (assuming I don't get too over caffeinated).
By the way.....you need a black knock-box. That red one sticks out like a sore thumb.
