Fix the endemic problem with the expansion valve leaking!

And while at it, improve the quality of the fittings so we don't all have to install pressure regulators to make certain the machine doesn't leak in other places!

I am not aware of any changes in this area. On the other hand, it's been a long time since anyone has mentioned it. A couple years back it was a very frequent complaint of most owners. Are folks still having issues with this, but just living with it, or has there been some subtle improvement in this area?
