ACF cups info

Hi All,

I have a question that I think at least Niko probably could help me out with as I know he is also a cup collector and indicated that ACF

I bought a double spout from Espresso Parts that is shorter than the stock spout and gives more room for the cup below. Here is the link:

The part is F-240.

The "stock" double spout is 1.25" by my account and the Espresso Parts spout is 15/16". In addition my stock double spout does not screw onto the portafilter as far as the Espresso Parts spout so for me the reduction is greater than just the size.

Ahh, interesting about the stock spout not screwing in all the way and the aftermarket one screws on further. When I first got the my V2, I was wondering if I got a bad machining run when they threaded the portafilters, cause you loose close to a

I've never used the AFC cups but those brown & white Cappu cups are certainly nice looking. I use the bodum glasses for short & tall milk drinks but I might try those when my last surviving 6oz Bodum dies.

ACF's are one of the best cups available, the shape is perfect for drinking coffee. The thickness is perfect for opening your senses to an espresso shot like almost no other. I'll take a 2.75oz ACF cup to most anything out there...

except for that $4,000 iLLy cup! :wink:
