New Mini Vivaldi Owner
I am an new Vivaldi owner and thought I would say hello. I purchased a Mini Vivaldi from CCS just before Thanksgiving and have been learning to use it since in arrived the first part of December. While I can pull decent shots (along with a few failures) I still have not mastered latte art, but I suppose that will come with practice. I've adjusted the group pressure downward as it initially was pulling shots at over 10 bar. Everything else seems to work well and I am pleased the machine. I live close to Porltand, OR (actually in SW Washingtion) so there are many good coffee roasters close by. Main purpose of the post was to say hello.

Welcome fellow mini owner.
The first goal is always good coffee (which came quite guickly), but I too enjoy the challenge of latte art. It took quite a few frustrating months to find a technique the works repeatibly. Be patient.
