Plumbing in the Drip Tray

Greetings and Happy Holidays to All!

Has anyone sucessfully plumbed in the drip tray yet. Now that I have the convenience of a direct connect water feed, I'm finding that the drip tray is not adequate for all the rinsing and cup warwing that I do from the hot water tap. I would love to hear about any possible solutions.

I believe Chris' Coffee has the parts needed. I asked them about this in an email, and Chris or Mary (forget which) referred me to Rodger, the service manager. I never followed up on that, though...
