does anyone have any temperature recommendations for zoka espresso paladino or any experience with their espresso blends

I have brewed Zoka's paladino at 93 with nice results. I live near one of their shops (U-Village) so this is kind of my fall-back bean. The flavor is always decent but the service in the store is typically infuriating.

thanks. i have been using 94, but i will try a few a 93. i like this coffee.
