Hard water
Hard water
This might be a silly question but here goes..........in terms of water hardness, is there a limit to stay under, prior to it entering the machine?

Re: Hard water
From Chris Coffee:
Note: Should your water's hardness exceed 3 grains, then it is strongly recommended that a water softener be installed to prolong the life of the machine.
Failure to do so may cause damage to the machine which is not covered under warranty.
