Screws lose inside machine

My VII arrived with several lose screws and one that came out completely and worked its way inside the machine. I had to remove several panels to get the thing out. Fortunately it was not on a circuit board.

You're on the West Coast I assume...
This is pretty normal for coast to coast shipments.
