Here are my new digs. Also my first real pour once I got the new Macap dialed in and a quick shot of the final cup. A long ways to go but a great step up from my old Gaggia Espresso.
Cheers

Nice Photoshop work to retouch the shot!
Just kidding...
Congratulations on your new rig, you'll dig it for years to come.
Nice pour, it looks yummy.

Ian, don't forget to remove the white protective plastic from the rail piece on top of your warming tray!
BTW: I'm moving this entire thread to the VII Pride page.

Hmm...
My S1 shipped with a clear wrap around that rail.
I guess they're using white now on VII's so people will notice to remove it.

Thanks for the heads up on the plastic wrap. Too busy pulling shots to even notice!

nice. It took me a while before I raised the default temp on my particular blend and I am glad I did! Experiment with yours too - I see it's at the factory 93.

Yep, cranked it up to 94 today for the Big Truck - less bright but more chocolate!
Cheers

PS Amazing what a degree celsius makes in taste
