HELP! S1 Mini no power after touching two of the wires on boiler

Help!

I have an S1 Vivaldi Mini in for service (I repair small appliance as a side gig). I accidentally touched one of the wires on top of the boiler with another. It immediately shut off and blew the breaker of the outlet. I turned the breaker back on and the machine still has no power coming to it. I checked the fuse on the bottom and it looks fine. Have to find my multimeter tomorrow to test it for sure.

Nothing sparked and I can’t find any burn marks anywhere…I thought these wires on top were low voltage. I’m at a loss as to where to look at to get this machine back running.

Any tips or advice?? I feel so stupid and am hoping I can get it back up and running without having to worry the customer.

Let us know if the multimeter also says that the fuse is good. There are other fuses though that is the most likely one to blow.

Thanks, I will update when I get the multimeter out.

In the meantime, I found a small fuse on the circuit board and the filament is in tact.

Where are the other fuses located?

I may have misspoke, Apparently there are just two fuses.

You may have burned out either the relay or the triac, Depending on the age of your machine, you can alway reverse the wires since there is one for the coffee boiler and one for the steam boiler. If this is the problem, after reversing all wires to the triacs or relays, then the coffee boiler won't work but the steam boiler will.

Of course, if you have no power to the unit then this is probably NOT the issue and this won't work. You should check out the mutli-meter and see where the power issue is. There are some users who have found that the 1st fuse holder you checked has actually good bad.

After all that, it was only the fuse on the bottom and I am very grateful!
