I have a Dream T (from Chris Coffee). I am having some leakage on to my countertop (it only leaks when the machine is on and at pressure).
Chris' technicians think it is my boiler pressure relief valve. They said it is an easy repair/install. Can anybody provide advice? This is the part.

Re: "How to" replace boiler pressure valve?
If that's the problem, it is an easy fix. I would just be sure to put two wraps of teflon tape around the threads first before screwing in the new part.
One last thing before doing that. You should be able to take off the warming tray with just the one screw that is at the front, center of the tray. With that off you should be able to look straight down and confirm what is leaking. You should do this to confirm it's not something else before ordering the part.
It could also be the Vacuum Breaker Valve which is just as easy to replace but not the same part.
