The S1 Cafe - Helping Your Espresso Dreams Become Reality

I was wondering if anybody in this forum had tried or moved on to The new Lelit Bianca and was able to compare with the espresso the Mini produces.

I like my Mini Vivaldi but was trying tos see if pressure/flow profiling on the Bianca really is a big upgrade for someone who likes to taste different flavors in the cup?

I have had a Mini for 12 + years and recently purchased the Lelit Bianca. Flow control is certainly fun but what made the biggest difference for the Mini was getting a high quality grinder.
