Looks good though I think they should remove the words "slow roasted" from the bag. This is usually not considered a good thing in coffee roasting.

I dont know why they write slow roasting. Maybe a desirable thing for the domestic market?

Which grinder do you use for such beans?
Some time ago I realized, that the good grinder is extremely important for some coffee machines. Before my first Dream I had an ordinary 5-cup coffee maker and I needed special kind of grinding.If ground coffee will be too coarsely, it will spoil all the taste, if it's too finely, it'll crumble into your cup together with hot water and coffee. Now, I only buy ground coffee at coffee stores, and use my roaster as a popcorn popper like shown here lol.

Would 'roasted there' have any taste advantage over 'roasted here', or is roasting there more for fair trade reasons?
