After replacing my pump the steam boiler element failed (more denaro to CC)

Replaced that, descaled the boiler to boot. Now despite the amp switch set to 20, she always powers up in ECON mode and refuses to operate otherwise. I also noticed right at power up 94 95 96 blink once.

Any ideas?

With the machine on, press and hold the Boiler button for at least 10 seconds.

The three yellow lamps blinking once when first plugged in means that the Controller board is operating in V2 mode. This is normal.

Hah! That worked! Had the machine 8 years and didn't know that or see that before.
