what is a letter "E" on upper left display stand for?

Just saw it on the display, was wondering what is it stand for? Couldnt find it in the manual...also, on lower left display on top of the time display, I have "OFF +5", also dont know what it means, thanks

So is it normal to see that when im running 15A with hot water boiler at the same time? Or is this indicate some kind of problem?
