As I sip my morning espresso, I just wanted to thank everyone for their tips and tricks!
I am a proud owner of the S1 redesign (no fan) with preinfusion, came across an incredible open box deal that was too good to let go. Also picked up a Baratza Preciso to go along with it.
I'll likely just read the forums for a bit while I perfect my skills... once I'm a bit more comfortable with the machine it'll be impossible to shut me up.
After months of planning and research, I'm happy to be a member of the club.
