Boiler Cleaning

It's been a while since I drained or cleaned my boiler, so I decided to get some Urnex Dezcal to clean it. It didn't look to bad, but it looks like the upper portion of the boiler is rusting inside. Is that normal? Please see attached pictures.

It looks like it is copper, not rust :oops:
