More secure mounting for steam arm

I had a situation where the steam arm came loose and started flopping around - the arm, ball joint and knob all together.
A call to Chris' netted a quick call back from Roger who instructed me to
Some kind of bracket or connection of the ball joint to the frame or front panel would mean this locknut does not bear the load of holding everything in place as the steam arm is moved around.

- Remove the cover from the knob
Unscrew the small bolt revealed in the center
Remove the knob
Tighten the locknut around the knob's shaft
