S1 Service Company in Chicago (IL)?

Hi All,

In December 2005, the previous occupier of our apartment bought a La
Spaziale S1 Vivaldi Commercial Espresso Machine which is hard wired
into the wall. We love the machine and the coffee it produces but
recently the boiler broke and as a result, it is impossible to
generate steam anymore.

We desperately need a technician to repair and service the machine.
Would you perhaps be able to tell us if there is a company in Chicago
(IL) which offers such services to private individuals?

I would be very grateful for your help.

If you are comfortable with taking things apart and repairing, this may be a way to go. When you turn the machine on, do you see some of the lights come on or flashing? This would be an alarm code telling what is wrong.

Thanks for your reply! There is no error code and I checked all the wiring and also tried to reset the boiler (with the little red button) - no effect, the boiler still won't heat and produce steam . . . My technical skills are seriously challenged here and hence the desire to have an expert look at the machine.
