Poking around, I found Applied Membranes has this carbon filter...

There's a $25 minimum order, so I took a chance & bought ten. Pic attached. Made in Taiwan.
With shipping to Maryland it came to $53.59 on my Discover Card...so that's about $5.36 each, if my math is correct.
