First, I want to thank all of you for making my decision simple and pain free. My first week has been great. From the first day after changing the grind setting on my Macap M4 a few times, I have had consistent results.
I have tried both Ecco Caffes' reserve espresso and Intelligentsia's Black Cat and loved them both. Steaming milk is so fun and easy to create that silky texture and sweet flavor.
It really could not have gone better without all of your help.
