'New' open box S1 Vivaldi II - Group head low pressure issues

https://imgur.com/a/ZQ731Mf video of said issues with some description

Aquatec DDP 5800 pump - model 5853-7e12-j524
Aquatec accumulator - model act820-jg.

Pressure is very close to 0 at group head with the rubber blocker in. See the three blinking low pressure lights occasionally. Also occasionally dumps to blinking boiler light.

Things I have tried:
  • Put the PSI on the accumulator bladder up to 40 psi
Removed the accumulator and ran directly from pump
Validated flow of water into jug
I tried to tighten the expansion valve to no avail.
I took apart the intake bit for the flow control and I didn't see any debris on the screen ( part 275 ).

The steam pressure looks good.

Waiting on a part to inline a pressure guage on the water source.

Looking for ideas. What's potentially keeping the pressure low?

https://www.s1cafe.com/viewtopic.php?t=1216 seems a possible path forward... but there's no way there's mineral build up...
