Nice. Looks identical to what I'm getting with my Mini.

Long stretch on the milk steaming. Did you get lots of bubbles? I usually sink the tip about 50% of the way through.

Its hard to tell with the poor lighting but it looks like the shot went blond long before it ended.

I probably over strech my milk to some degree but in the video, I was trying to focus on other things and might not have been paying close attention. I will post my poor attempt at latte art later.

I still can't tell when it blonds. I go by taste, weight and time. I certainly have trouble drinking espresso when I am away from home.

I will try to improve the lighting so maybe you guys can help me.

Once you lose the striping (fines) in the pour it has gone blond. There is usually a pucker (bubble) at the top of the cone about the same time this happens.
