Hi sir. Please guide me i am new in espresso era and i have new La spaziale S1 Dream. My machine take a shot just in 5 seconds. How can i adjust water flow for Standard 25 seconds shot.

The grind of coffee you are using is way too coarse. You should grind the beans to a much finer consistency and you will find that you will control the shot time in that manner. Once you get to a 60ml output of espresso in about 25-30 seconds you will start to “dial in” to that bean. Stick with that bean and play with different temperatures and note how the taste changes. It’s not really hard to do. The Dream has volumetric control but you probably don’t need to mess with it until you get better dialed in. Great machine.
