I have a Vivaldi II and it was in storage the last 18 months and now I cannot get water out of the brew head. It worked when it went into storage. The boiler for steam and hot water is fine. It sounds like the brewhead boiler pump is activated and pressure builds properly but with no portafilter attached only a little steam comes out.

I suspect that water left inside the 3-way solenoid valve dried up and left mineral desposits. The first thing you should try is removing the valve and cleaning it out inside.
