Replacement front panel for S1 Vivaldi II

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement front panel (part# 7376) for my S1 Vivaldi II that I purchased back in 2009?
Over the years the "La Spaziale" logo and the black lines at the bottom of the panel have started to "break up", and it has been bugging me... The machine still runs like a champ, so I thought I would give it a "face-lift"...
