Is there a special wrench for this? or special tool that can be ordered from La Spaz? Any web link to pics?

Not knowing the scale or size from that photo, it looks just like the wrenches I use to adjust the coilover shocks of my car's suspension. I wish I could verify that quickly, as the ones I use are available at auto parts stores and would have to be cheaper.

This is called a spanner wrench.
Vivaldi II, Multiple (a collection really) Lever machines
