I'm still tweaking things and learning the machine but so far the espresso tastes good to me! It is running from a pitcher, you can see the top of the stainless hose.
-La Spaziale Top grinder with the stepless modification and single dosing. I am using a 58mm basket as a top because I didn't like using the 58mm tamper, even though it fits perfectly, because it sat on the spinning bolt. There is some popcorning but oh well.
-I use the standard double baskets with the bottomless portafilter, except for the picture and video because I wanted it to go into the shot glass:)
-I usually use a 16g dose with the Espro tamper as I want to take away as many variables as possible.
-The scale is a 1g scale so yes, I know, I should get a .1g scale.
