Slight hissing for 10 seconds when warming up

About 10 or 15 minutes after turning on my cold machine, I get a slight steam hissing sound that grows for about 10 seconds. After the sound builds it suddenly stops as if something like a valve seats correctly (as the pressure builds) and seals the "leak".
It hasn't seemed to affect performance, so not sure if I should worry about it.
