Hot Water leaking

My hot water dispenser started leaking the other day - just a slow drip, but I'd like to stop it. Any suggestions before I place a call to Chris Coffee?

It could be a lodged shaving in the valve.
This happened to MartinG a couple of years ago and here's the thread on it:
