Does anybody know some details about Vivaldi's group design (or has some pictures)?

JohnB,

sorry to tell you, but it only applies to hx La Spaziales, which Vivaldis are not.

That was pretty rash of the LaSpaz website to call that the heart of every LaSpaz machine. However, if you take that basic diagram, remove the HX part of the picture, and mentally replace it with a direct electric heating element, the rest looks pretty accurate.

Thats pretty much what I was thinking. I know the S1 isn't an HX machine but it was the only diagram I could fine & it is close.

That's true it looks similar, only the group is higher in relation to boiler on Vivaldi then on this picture (the dispersion screen is at the middle height of the boiler).
I started the thread in response to a recent question on HB because when I was choosing what to buy half year ago, I couldn't find any information on the subject as well and I think it is very interesting itself anyway.

I looked up the S1 on that LaSpaz UK site. When I clicked the link to find out more information on the S1, I ended up on my own S1 site!

Hey Pawel, :hello1:

Did you see some of the pics that Blaine put up?
It shows a good shot of the group boiler (scroll down to the 4th pic)...

What other angle(s) are you interested in?

I bet if you unscrew the back that has the heater element attached, the HX assembly screws right onto the back for the HX models!
