this looks simple enough, but how do you get the the plug, where do you start to take the machine apart to do this work

are there similar instructions and pictures for the board removal

am i correct in assuming that if i go with an upgraded board there is no need to add this part 8)

can you explain the use of the adjustment for the temperature offset; i have not done anything with this since i got my machine from chris coffee; how would i use this feature in the future 8)

i agree. assuming i can get to the panel, that i can get some good pictures and instructions, i will go for the upgrade as soon as it is available.

do we know yet when it will be available 8)

will there also be instructions and pictures to detail the removal and reinstallation of the control board, keeping in mind that some of us (or at least one of us) have not yet taken apart the machine 8)

how difficult is it to uninstall the existing board; is this simply a mechanical exercise 8)

in the case of the VII if you replace the board then you get programmable pre-infusion and wider temperature ranges, but the mechanical insert only gives you the pre-infusion; is that correct is there any difference in the pre-infusion from the new board vs. the mechanical insert how will you be abl...

i purchased roasted beans from josuma. funny, the first time i purchased the beans i had mega crema and great looking shots. this last batch of beans, i get instantly evaporating crema and my doubles last maybe 15+ seconds. i keep my beans in the freezer in zip lock bags and have been grinding more ...

i think i lost interest in the malabar; i never seem to get it ground fine enough--where do you set the collar on the mazzer mini e and for some reason, my crema fades so quickly i think i must be doing something wrong it could be that some of those comments on the taste are correct any suggestions 8)

i cant seem to get 17 - 18 gs of coffee into the portafilter; how fine are you grinding; i have a mini mazzer e and grind at around 4 notches to the left of the mark and get great pours 8)

i was never a fan of the old black cat, but think the new black cat is super, 15gs at 93 degrees 8)
