Re: Silicone long life Group Gaskets available

I don't come by here much any more but I wanted to say that I'm still on the first silicone gasket of three that I got maybe three or so years ago and it's just as squishy and soft and seals perfectly. If you don't have these you're missing out.

I've had my machine for two years and in that time I've gotten pretty comfortable with pouring. I find the coffee needs to be at least three days old before the crema is relaxed enough for good art - before that it's too foamy and sticky. Tastes better too. Well all you solenoid fans can give yourself a nice pat on the back. I didn't realize that there were two separate solenoids and thought that the reason it did it only for steam was because that drew more water so the pump had time to "ramp up" but that was faulty logic. I spoke to Roger a...

Re: Build Your Own PF Pressure Guage

For what it's worth McMaster Carr is an amazing supply house of pretty much everything. Their catalog is about 3-4000 pages but the site is very easy to navigate. In building a few motorcycles it's been an invaluable resource and now that I'm about to rebuild a V1 I'm sure it will come in handy. Any...
