Update: My cleaning, seal, and O-ring replacement helped reduce the steam and water leakage significantly-about 50 to 75%-but unfortunately, it still drips. It's frustrating. Quick update. I installed the existing mesh filter pretty much as is (per the photo above), having soaked it in citric acid for a day.
