My problem is that the pump will not stop and it causes an overflow out the relief valve so tube is not plugged.

It’s working well for now. One thing I did was that I squeezed the ground wire tighter on the connector on the tank
I had the same problem. It appears that on the spring end of the fuse holder slightly melted and caused the fuse to stick inside and not make contact so I just replaced the fuse holder
