I haven't had any coffee from Panama I liked. Even the Gesha tastes sour to me no matter what roast level. I've been afraid to mention it since everyone seems to revere Gesha.

I thought the Gene Cafe was in essence an air bed roaster (even though it uses a drum). I remember Tom's review had words to the effect that it left the brightness intact but produced more depth in the roasts than a typical fluid bed roaster would.
