Re: S1V2 leak assistance
I've cleaned again, and its flat clean (still some black spots but feel flat)
and the moment I allow water to the system, the 3rd way leaks
how does it works, it gets inline water and once open divert the water to the group. but when it should divert the water the 3rd way ?

It looks like coffee residue. How often do you do a detergent back flush? Apparently not enough :( I do water only back flush once 2-3 weeks and detergent once in 2 month or so. even that I've cleaned it, still leaking after I've re-assembled it. Insulation or not
Hi,
I love my Vivaldi :)
I was thinking maybe to insulate the boilers.
I've read few threads here, very helpfull but most of them very old.
Enzo said its no relevant while Chas said it is :)
I'm seeing this as a reduction of electricity draw purpose mainly.
Thanks,
Chen

Hi,
The store said they will send me transition kit from v1 to v2, which probably include front bazzel and dual gauge.
I've tried to find out if i have T #3 on my waterflow so it will be easy transition.
Can anyone take pic of the location the group pressure gauge pipe is connected ?
Thanks!

Round gauge on new S1V2 ?
Hi Guys,
Just received my new S1V2 from Italy. It took almost 2 month because the manufacturer took he's time.
I have small question before I start exploring the machine.
The one I got has a round gauge and not square. isn't all the v2 have a square one ?
Thanks,
Chen

when I translate cavitation to my language it doesn't make sense :) lol.
My logic say that when the tube is lower the pressure is higher. Doesn't the pump need the right pressure instead of volume ? after all the amount of water taken is not that high.

The cost to make the change is very low. however I prefer 6mm for now since its gonna be visible (rented house).
The big question i'm asking, What could be the problem if the 6mm is not enough ? Can it harm the machine ?
And also, how can I tell if its not enough ?

I'm seconds away from buying the Vivaldi from Italy directly.
However i'm having second taught since I really like to get the latest Dream.
Do you know about any plans from La Spaz to make the Dream come true for Europe coffee lovers ? (220-230v)
Thanks!
