Recently purchased an IMS "Precision" single basket from CCS and I've got to say, no regrets, whatsoever. Easy to full (using OE's dosing funnel with the tall sides) and tamping is now a no brain er ... level and smooth every time. I also just installed the IMS Precision Shower Screen(s) ....

This occurred the middle of last week. The machine was purchased new in March, 2014. Called Chris Coffee Service and spoke with Tim Coffee. He suspected that it was a bad group temp probe, and sent one out via USPS "priority mail". Installed yesterday, problem solved. As usual, great servi...
