I recently received back my completely refurbished S1V1 from CC. Works great. Since it appears that there is no interest in anyone purchasing it, I will use it as a secondary machine when my wife teaches classes in our basement; about once per month. I don't want to repeat my past mistake of poor maintenance. Given our hard water and infrequent use, I'm wondering if I should drain the boilers after use. And if so, what is the best way of draining both? And I would appreciate a recommendation for the best FloJet to purchase.
Thanks for your help.
