newbie in the house:-) New to this site but looking forward. The order is away and I'm not waiting for my new set, the S1 mini Vivaldi II and the Mazzer mini grinder plus assesories:-) will post pictures and comments of the first dialed in shot...stay tuned:-)

How did you make out?

I am also a newbie mini Vivaldi owner! I had a Rockey/baby combo for about 10 years and finally made the decision to buy after years of reading great things about the Vivaldi. While my shots are consistently better than I have ever had. My steaming has been laughable! It always looks so easy on YouTube. But 3 days of practicing and still bad microfoam. But at least I know it is me that is underachieving and when I get better so will my latte art. This is such a great and solid machine and is saving me a ton of time not cycling the boiler.
