humidor for beans ??

Hi. Has anyone tried a humidor to keep their beans fresher,longer. It works for cigars so i thought maybe beans might benefit.
Don't try it.
There are 2 things that will cause coffee to go bad; oxygen and moisture.
Keep your beans in a dry, airtight container. This is the best thing you can do to prolong the freshness.
If you want to store fresh coffee for a prolonged period, you can try freezing it inside a airtight container (a mason jar works well).
